En gros, la solution permettant au joueurs de report ces fameux Bot qui xp, permet au gentil Pijama aigris de 12 ans de report a tord et a travers les autres joueurs afin de les handicape au niveau xp.
En effet plus on es repport, moins on loot et moins on xp.
Un exemple con, vous farmer le QG, un groupe a coté juge que vous le faite chier, toute leur guilde vous repport comme BOT, resultat vous tapez le meme mob et ne gagner plus du tout la meme XP.
Enfin je vous laisse juger.
Voila c'est simple si vous vous faites repport, votre gain d'xp et de loot descend en conséquence, c'est une invitation a l'anarchie car ce systeme est automatique... le cumul descend jusqu'a 0 xp/ 0 loot.
Vous les basheurs "no-brain" n'avez vous jamais remarqué une baisse d'xp sur un meme mob tué apres plusieurs heures de farm? Si oui, c'est que l'on vous a surement repport.
La commande /restriction permet de voir votre niveau de restriction.
Certains n'hésitent pas a repport les + haut lvl pour les freiner.
Au début nous avons cru a une intox, nous avons testé entre nous a quelques amis, apres 4 ou 5 repports mon xp sur un meme mob est passé de 15000xp a 8000.
Test peu glorieu car le timer est long pour repasser a la normale :/
Phase 1

You entered into the Phase 3 Restriction state due to the accumulation of auto hunting reports. While you are in the Phase 3 Restriction state, you cannot acquire any loot, and your EXP, Kinah, and Abyss Point acquisition rates and gathering success rate are lowered even further.
You are also banned from joining a group or Alliance. You will face even greater restrictions should the reports continue to accumulate and raise your Restriction Phase.

Phase 4
You entered into the Phase 4 Restriction state due to the accumulation of auto hunting reports. While you are in the Phase 4 Restriction state, you cannot acquire any loot, EXP, Kinah, or Abyss Points, and are unable to gather any items.
You are also banned from joining a Group or Alliance.

Phase Lowering
Your restriction phase has been lowered to X as you played fair for a certain period of time. Please continue to play fair in the future.
